Economic Management
(R) Second Poverty Reduction Support Credit: The
objective is to support the objectives and policies of the
Government’s Economic Growth and Poverty Reduction Strategy (EGRSP)
by (i) increasing the efficiency of expenditures in social
protection, health and education services; (ii) improving the
environment for private sector development and enabling a
greater domestic supply response; and (iii) improving public
sector governance. Decision meeting scheduled for 3 March 2008.
