Title: |
Oil Pipeline
Network Study |
|
Objective: |
As a sequel to the
existing option and feasibility studies in the context of
the SYNERGY exercise and specific project studies, further
south-eastern European region-wide analytical work needs to be
carried out to justify decisions relating to transmission
interconnections, including major East-West transit pipelines,
intensification of local crude production, and rehabilitation
of existing installations. |
|
Description: |
The study would provide a detailed
review of existing recent studies, give a perspective of
likely trends in regional and transit oilflows, evaluate the
maturity of projects and their ranking according to specific
criteria, and make strategic recommendations on basic pipeline
options of European strategic interest. Essential
complementary sector-related measures in South-Eastern
European countries and specific recommendations on
exploitation of local reserves should also be made. |
