(ii) between Smokvica and Gevgelija, 12 km |

Economic/Financial Justification: |
Existing traffic
level is low, at some 3500 veh/day AADT, but expected to grow
substantially once the functions of the main north-south axis
are restored. The estimated economic rate of return of the
project is 8%. |
