Completion of North-South Axis and Corridor VIII (East-West) Highway branching towards the Port of Vlore.

Description:

Rehabilitation and improvement to two-lane, modern road standards of the section Lushnje-Fier (32 km).

Available. Traffic some 6500 veh./day

Lushnje-Fier EUR 15 million
