Press Accreditation

EC accredited journalists should collect special identity badges from Press Desk in Charlemagne reception hall – entry will not be permitted without a badge.

Journalists not accredited to the EC should preferably register prior to the Conference by notifying the Press and Communication Service of the European Commission (Kathleen O'Connor-see details below) either by e-mail or fax, no later than 28^th March 2000. Registration can also be made on the opening day of the Conference, but no later than 10h.30, at the Press Desk in the Charlemagne reception hall, otherwise entry will not be permitted.

The Foyer of the Press Room of the Press and Communication Service of the Commission, Breydel Building, 4^th. Floor, avenue d'Auderghem, 45, is at the disposal of all journalists accredited to the Conference.
