The Second Donors' Conference for Kosovo, co-chaired by the European Commission and the World Bank, was held at senior official level of donor countries and international organizations.

At this meeting, representatives of the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) updated participants on the overall situation in Kosovo. There was also a discussion on the economic policy framework and the priorities for reconstruction and recovery to be supported by donors.  In particular, the priority reconstruction and recovery program produced jointly by the World Bank and the European Commission, in cooperation with UNMIK, as well as an economic report by the World Bank, were presented to donors.  Donors pledged over $1 billion to support the Kosovo program.
