This is the first unified Public
Investment Programme of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was prepared within
the framework of the Programme for Management and Coordination of
Development Funds, led by the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Entity Governments and the Government of Brcko District,
with technical assistance from the United Nations Development
Programme (UNDP). It was financed by the UNDP, Norway, Japan and
